Design and develop SAP solutions to meet the business needs of the organization.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions using S4 Hana and Transportation Management (TM).
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Lead the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Provide expert guidance and support to the IT team in the development and maintenance of SAP systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP technology and make recommendations for its implementation in the organization.
Conduct regular system audits and ensure the integrity and security of SAP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Train and mentor team members on SAP best practices and ensure their adherence to company standards.
Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations on SAP solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other business applications.
Maintain documentation of all SAP solutions, processes, and configurations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, while designing and implementing SAP solutions.
Continuously strive to improve the user experience of SAP systems, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Sap S4 Hana And Transportation Management (Tm): A Qualified Sap Solution Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The S4 Hana Platform And Its Integration With Transportation Management. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Customizing These Systems To Meet Business Requirements.
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management: Being A Part Of The Healthcare Industry, Amgen Relies Heavily On An Efficient Supply Chain To Deliver Life-Saving Medications To Patients. As Such, A Sap Solution Architect For Amgen Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Processes And How They Can Be Optimized Using Sap S4 Hana And Tm.
Proven Project Management Skills: As A Solution Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Implementation Of Sap S4 Hana And Tm At Amgen. This Requires Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Monitor Projects To Ensure They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Working As A Solution Architect At Amgen Requires Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Consultants. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are A Must-Have For This Role To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts And Build Relationships With Team Members.
Industry-Specific Knowledge: Amgen Is A Leading Biotechnology Company, And The Sap Solution Architect Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And Its Unique Challenges And Opportunities.
