Implement and optimize SAP Order to Cash processes for Amgen's global organization.
Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP Order to Cash modules.
Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP Order to Cash processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.
Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement in the Order to Cash process.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Order to Cash processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Order to Cash.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Order to Cash processes, procedures, and configurations.
Participate in project planning, testing, and implementation of new SAP Order to Cash functionalities.
Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to SAP Order to Cash processes.
Maintain a high level of customer service and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications

Relevant Education: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Sap Order To Cash Functional Analyst Role At Amgen.
Sap Expertise: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Sap Order To Cash Modules, With A Strong Understanding Of The End-To-End Business Processes.
Order To Cash Functional Knowledge: In-Depth Knowledge Of The Order To Cash Process, Including Sales, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, And Distribution Is Crucial For This Role.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Problem-Solving And Analytical Abilities: The Candidate Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Solving Complex Business Problems And Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues Within The Order To Cash Process.
