Amgen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Order to Cash process within the SAP system.
  2. Provide functional expertise and support for the Order to Cash process, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement requests.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Conduct system analysis and design activities to ensure optimal performance and functionality of the Order to Cash process.
  5. Participate in testing and validation of system changes and enhancements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures.
  7. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to the Order to Cash process and SAP functionality.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and management.
  10. Train end-users on system functionality and processes related to the Order to Cash process.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  12. Work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to maintain a high level of expertise in SAP functional analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Sap Order To Cash Functional Analyst.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Sales And Distribution (Sd) Module And Integration With Other Modules Such As Materials Management (Mm) And Finance (Fi).

  • Strong Understanding Of Order To Cash Business Processes And Ability To Design And Implement Solutions In Sap To Support These Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Remotely With Cross-Functional Teams.
