  1. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes and automation tools to support the development and deployment of Salesforce applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce DevOps processes and tools.
  4. Regularly review and optimize existing DevOps processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce DevOps processes and procedures.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Salesforce DevOps and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Work closely with developers to ensure code is properly tested and deployed using established DevOps processes.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or risks in the Salesforce DevOps process.
  9. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to ensure the integrity and security of the Salesforce environment.
  10. Train and mentor team members on Salesforce DevOps best practices and tools.
  11. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on the status of Salesforce DevOps activities and address any concerns.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of Salesforce applications and make recommendations for optimization.
  14. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of Salesforce projects.
  15. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Salesforce Development Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Hands-On Experience With Salesforce Development, Including Customization, Configuration, And Integration.

  • Proficiency In Devops Tools And Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles, Tools, And Methodologies, Such As Version Control, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (Ci/Cd), And Automated Testing.

  • Expertise In Salesforce Release Management: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Salesforce Releases, Including Sandbox Management, Change Set Deployment, And Release Planning.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Project Management: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Agile Project Management Methodologies, Such As Scrum Or Kanban, And Should Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Work Collaboratively With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Developers, Business Analysts, And Project Managers. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
