  1. Develop and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design solutions.
  3. Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  4. Utilize programming skills to create and maintain efficient and reliable automation scripts.
  5. Test and troubleshoot automation scripts to ensure accuracy and functionality.

  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as best practices for RPA development.
  10. Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in the RPA development process.
  12. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  13. Document and maintain detailed records of RPA processes and procedures.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of RPA solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of ethical conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Rpa Development, Preferably With Uipath Or Automation Anywhere.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.

  • Experience Working With Business Stakeholders To Identify Automation Opportunities And Develop Rpa Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As C#, Java, Or Python, As Well As Experience With Sql Databases.
