- Develop and implement new processes and methodologies for the release testing of large molecule products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform analytical testing and data analysis to support process development and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for large molecule release testing.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to team members, management, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to large molecule release testing.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in large molecule release testing and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
- Train and mentor junior team members on process development techniques and best practices.
- Participate in the planning and execution of experiments and studies to support process development and validation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and systems within the LMRT team.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support process development and validation activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all process development and testing activities.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols in the laboratory.
- Represent Amgen at conferences, meetings, and other industry events related to large molecule release testing.
- Contribute to the overall success of the LMRT team and Amgen through teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Biotechnology.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Large Molecule Release Testing.
Strong Understanding Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Biologics.
Experience With Various Analytical Techniques Used In Large Molecule Release Testing, Such As Elisa, Hplc, And Gel Electrophoresis.
Proven Ability To Design And Execute Experiments, Analyze Data, And Troubleshoot Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
