  1. Lead and oversee the development and optimization of late-stage drug products within the Late-Stage Drug Product Development team.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer to drive progress and ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including formulation, analytical, and manufacturing to design and implement efficient and effective processes.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the development process.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  7. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve process development and optimization.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and data analysis.
  10. Participate in project planning and budget management to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

  • Strong Background In Pharmaceutical Sciences: A Background In Pharmaceutical Sciences, Including Knowledge Of Drug Delivery Systems, Analytical Techniques, And Regulatory Requirements, Is Essential For This Role.

  • Experience In Process Optimization And Troubleshooting: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Optimizing Processes To Improve Product Quality, Yield, And Efficiency. Additionally, The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Is Crucial.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Of A Process Development Senior Scientist Requires Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
