Lead and oversee the development and optimization of late-stage drug products within the Late-Stage Drug Product Development team.
Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer to drive progress and ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including formulation, analytical, and manufacturing to design and implement efficient and effective processes.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the development process.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve process development and optimization.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and data analysis.
Participate in project planning and budget management to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Late-Stage Drug Product Development Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In Developing And Optimizing Late-Stage Drug Product Processes, Including Formulation, Process Scale-Up, And Process Validation.
