  1. Conduct laboratory experiments and assist in the development and optimization of biologics processes.
  2. Collect and analyze data, and communicate results to team members and project leaders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems and make process improvements.
  4. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in biotechnology.
  7. Contribute to the writing and review of technical reports and standard operating procedures.
  8. Assist in the preparation of materials for regulatory submissions and audits.
  9. Participate in team meetings and present findings and progress updates.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biochemistry, Chemistry, Or Biotechnology.

  • 2+ Years Of Experience In A Process Development Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Experience With Process Optimization, Scale-Up, And Technology Transfer Of Biologics Manufacturing Processes.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Statistical Analysis Software For Process Characterization And Validation.
