- Develop and implement an innovative enterprise asset management (EAM) strategy for Amgen, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the design and implementation of EAM solutions utilizing SAP technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in EAM and SAP architecture, and incorporate them into the company's strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the organization on EAM initiatives and technology roadmap.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to EAM implementation, and develop contingency plans.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP architects and EAM professionals.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Ensure the successful delivery of EAM projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
- Continuously assess and improve EAM processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in EAM.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP architecture and EAM, and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes related to EAM.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance related to EAM and ensure the organization's adherence to them.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the EAM team.
Extensive Experience With Sap Eam: The Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Sap Eam Solutions, With A Thorough Understanding Of Its Functionalities And Capabilities.
Strong Knowledge Of Enterprise Asset Management Processes: The Principal Sap Architect Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Eam Processes And Best Practices, Including Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Asset Tracking, And Reliability Engineering.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Sap Eam Projects, With A Strong Focus On Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Principal Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, And Must Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts And Ideas.
