  18. Keep detailed records and documentation of all experiments and processes.
  19. Train and onboard new team members as needed.
  20. Act as a subject matter expert for synthetic processes and provide technical support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Synthetic Process Development.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Process Development, Scale-Up, And Manufacturing Of Synthetic Molecules.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Guidelines For Synthetic Process Development.
