Lead and drive the strategy for Amgen's Enterprise Data Lake and Digital Analytics initiatives.
Utilize expertise in data science and analytics to support critical business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs related to the data lake and digital analytics capabilities.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for the data lake and digital analytics initiatives.
Define and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for the data lake and digital analytics capabilities.
Ensure that the data lake and digital analytics initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.
Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the healthcare industry.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the data lake and digital analytics initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics, incorporating them into the company's strategies and processes.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of the data lake and digital analytics capabilities, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the development and implementation of the initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of the data lake and digital analytics initiatives.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to the data lake and digital analytics capabilities.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Science: A Principal Data Scientist For This Role At Amgen Must Have A Strong Background And Extensive Experience In Data Science, Including Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, And Data Visualization. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Leading The Development And Implementation Of The Enterprise Data Lake And Digital Analytics Strategy.
Expertise In Product Ownership: The Ideal Candidate Must Have Proven Experience In Product Ownership, Including Defining Product Vision, Creating Roadmaps, And Prioritizing Features.
