As an MVIS Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between healthcare technology and patient outcomes. Your expertise in health information technology and strong communication skills will be essential in building relationships with key stakeholders and driving the successful implementation of Amgen's products.   1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the North Central US region, including healthcare providers, technology vendors, and patient advocacy groups.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert in health information technology and implementation science, providing guidance and support to internal and external teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for the successful implementation of Amgen's products.
  4. Identify and address barriers to adoption of health IT solutions, working closely with stakeholders to find practical and effective solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare technology, and communicate relevant updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations, trainings, and educational materials to increase understanding and adoption of Amgen's products.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the impact of health IT solutions on patient outcomes and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Represent Amgen at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote the company's mission and products.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective messaging and positioning of Amgen's products in the marketplace.
  10. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, to maintain a high level of ethical and professional conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Health It Implementation And Value Measurement.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Technology, And Data Management.

  • Experience Working With Electronic Health Records And Other Health Data Sources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders.
