Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the hematology oncology field.
Keep up-to-date on the latest advancements and research in the field of hematology oncology.
Communicate complex medical information to a variety of audiences, including physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals.
Serve as a scientific expert and resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for key products in the hematology oncology portfolio.
Develop and deliver educational programs and presentations to healthcare professionals.
Attend and represent the company at medical conferences, meetings, and events.
Stay informed on and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs.
Continuously assess and monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
Drive the adoption and utilization of company products through scientific exchange and education.
Plan and execute advisory boards and other scientific meetings to gather insights and feedback from healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for product promotion and market expansion.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and activities related to the job responsibilities.
Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Advanced Degree In Medical Or Life Sciences: A Medical Science Liaison (Msl) For Hematology Oncology At Amgen Should Possess An Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Science, Pharmacy, Or Biology. This Educational Background Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Science To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hematology Oncology: As An Msl, It Is Crucial To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Hematology Oncology Therapeutic Area. This Includes A Thorough Knowledge Of Disease States, Treatment Options, Current Clinical Research, And Emerging Trends. Amgen Seeks Candidates With A Strong Background In This Field To Ensure Effective Communication And Support To Healthcare Providers.
