  1. Conduct thorough medical reviews of clinical trial data and safety information to ensure the safety and efficacy of products.
  2. Utilize extensive medical knowledge and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and recommendations on product development and safety.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide medical and scientific expertise in the development of new products and support of existing products.
  4. Stay current with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Communicate complex medical information to non-medical colleagues and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Contribute to the development and review of protocols, study reports, and other scientific documents.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior medical scientists and other team members.
  8. Participate in scientific discussions and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Maintain and update product knowledge and participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment and support the company's mission and values.
  12. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events to network and stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Md, Phd, Pharmd) With A Focus On Clinical Research And/Or Drug Development.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Strong Background In Medical Affairs And/Or Clinical Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Medical Review Processes, Including Medical Monitoring, Review Of Safety Data, And Interpretation Of Clinical Trial Results.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders, Such As Regulatory Authorities And External Clinical Investigators.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Medical Information And Data To Both Internal And External Audiences.
