  1. Develop and implement automation strategies to improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions.
  3. Design, program, and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for implementation.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for automation systems.
  7. Conduct training for manufacturing personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of automation equipment.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the design, implementation, and operation of automation systems.
  9. Identify and resolve technical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source and implement new automation equipment.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current automation processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
  13. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise on automation systems and processes.
  14. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
  15. Keep accurate documentation of all automation processes and changes for future reference.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Automation, Process Engineering, Or Manufacturing Systems Engineering.

  • Proficiency In Plc Programming, Hmi Design, And Industrial Control Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Robotics, Packaging Systems, And Material Handling.

  • Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts, And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
