Experience In Full-Cycle Recruitment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In End-To-End Recruitment, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding. This Experience Should Be In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In The Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition Strategies: The Manager Talent Acquisition Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Direct Sourcing, Employee Referrals, And Social Media Recruiting. They Should Also Be Familiar With Current Trends And Best Practices In The Talent Acquisition Field.
Proven Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Strong Leader Who Can Effectively Manage A Team Of Talent Acquisition Advisors. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Coaching, Mentoring, And Developing Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Drive Results And Motivate Others Towards Achieving Goals.
Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Skills: The Manager Talent Acquisition Will Be The Main Point Of Contact For Hiring Managers And Other Stakeholders, Both Internal And External. Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Compliance And Employment Laws: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Employment Laws And Compliance Regulations, Including Eeoc, Ofccp, And Other Federal And State Regulations.
