Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Operations Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Strategic Plans And Operational Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Utilize Data To Drive Decision-Making And Identify Areas For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
