
Manager Information Systems - ICSR Intake

- Manage the intake function for adverse event reports received by the company.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards related to pharmacovigilance and drug safety.
- Oversee the information systems used for intake and ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Train and supervise a team of intake specialists to ensure high quality and timely processing of adverse event reports.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the intake process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as drug safety, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of adverse events.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices related to adverse event reporting and implement necessary changes to the intake process.
- Conduct quality control checks on intake data and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities, regarding adverse event reporting and intake processes.
- Monitor and analyze intake data to identify trends and potential safety issues, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners involved in the intake process.
- Manage budgets and resources for the intake function.
- Participate in audits and inspections related to adverse event reporting and intake.
- Act as a subject matter expert on intake processes and systems, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the intake function.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Systems Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Icsr Intake Processes And Global Regulatory Requirements.
Experience Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Projects.
