  1. Oversee all aspects of clinical research pharmacy services, including drug dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy in all pharmacy operations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Manage and train pharmacy staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical research initiatives and ensure effective communication and alignment.
  6. Develop and monitor budgets for pharmacy operations and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in pharmaceuticals to ensure best practices are implemented.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and vendors.
  9. Participate in the development and execution of clinical research protocols.
  10. Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations.
  11. Monitor and analyze data related to pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  12. Prepare and submit reports to senior management on the performance of the clinical research pharmacy services.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to pharmacy operations.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the clinical research pharmacy team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field: A Manager, Clinical Research Pharmacy Services At Amgen Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or A Related Field. This Qualification Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Foundation In Pharmaceutical Sciences And Understands The Intricacies Of Clinical Research.

  • Experience In Clinical Research: Amgen Requires Candidates For This Role To Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
