  1. Lead and manage a team responsible for driving continuous learning and performance improvements within the AIN organization.
  2. Develop and implement learning and performance strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Identify and assess training needs within the AIN organization and develop appropriate training programs to address those needs.
  4. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training and development efforts.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and performance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on learning and performance management best practices.
  9. Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement performance management processes and tools.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in learning and performance management to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  11. Develop and manage budgets and resources for learning and performance initiatives.
  12. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for learning and performance initiatives.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the AIN organization.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
  15. Represent the AIN Learning and Performance team in meetings and presentations to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theories, And Training Delivery Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
