
Manager, AIN Learning and Performance

- Lead and manage a team responsible for driving continuous learning and performance improvements within the AIN organization.
- Develop and implement learning and performance strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and assess training needs within the AIN organization and develop appropriate training programs to address those needs.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training and development efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and performance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Act as a subject matter expert on learning and performance management best practices.
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement performance management processes and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in learning and performance management to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for learning and performance initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for learning and performance initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the AIN organization.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
- Represent the AIN Learning and Performance team in meetings and presentations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Extensive Knowledge Of Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theories, And Training Delivery Methods.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
