  2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities.
  3. Monitor and track maintenance activities and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential maintenance issues and address them promptly.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions to daily operations.

  11. Serve as a point of contact for any maintenance-related concerns or emergencies.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and ensure their work meets company standards.
  13. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the maintenance department.
  14. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on maintenance activities and any potential issues or improvements.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a high level of compliance and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Or Related Field

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills
