  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design effective learning experiences that align with business objectives.
  2. Apply human factors principles to instructional design to ensure training materials are user-friendly, efficient, and effective.
  3. Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  4. Utilize instructional design techniques and tools to create engaging and interactive learning solutions.
  5. Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and human factors engineering.
  7. Communicate and present instructional design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  9. Continuously improve and update existing training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  10. Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain training standards and templates.
  11. Identify and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance the delivery of training.
  12. Provide guidance and support to other team members on instructional design and human factors engineering principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Human Factors Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design And Human Factors Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience With Designing And Developing Training Programs For A Variety Of Delivery Methods, Including E-Learning, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, And Blended Learning.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Instructional Design In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Such As Fda And Ema Guidelines.
