- Conduct research and lead projects focused on immunogenicity in drug development
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of immunology to design and execute experiments and interpret results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement immunogenicity strategies for drug candidates
- Analyze and interpret complex data, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with current literature and industry developments in immunology and drug development
- Provide scientific expertise and guidance to junior scientists and project teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and key opinion leaders in the field of immunology
- Contribute to the preparation and review of regulatory documents and publications related to immunogenicity
- Identify and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance drug development efforts
- Participate in and lead scientific discussions and presentations at conferences and meetings
- Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment, following all company and industry regulations and guidelines.
Advanced Degree In Immunology, Pharmacology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Immunogenicity Assay Development And Validation.
Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Industry Best Practices Related To Immunogenicity Assessment.
Strong Understanding Of Immunogenicity Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
