  12. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
  13. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Leadership Roles, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Hr Programs And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Organizational Growth.
