  1. Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and programs to support the business goals of Amgen.
  2. Drive the Fuel ETRP program forward by providing strategic direction and leadership in all HR-related initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  4. Lead the design, development, and implementation of performance management processes, employee development programs, and talent management initiatives.
  5. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  6. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for HR initiatives.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  8. Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to support their growth and development.
  9. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR programs at Amgen.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Program Management, Preferably In A Large Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Hr Projects, Including Change Management And Process Improvement Initiatives.
