  1. Develop and implement HEOR strategies for Amgen's oncology portfolio, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to support the development and commercialization of oncology therapies, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, market access, and commercial teams, to ensure alignment and integration of HEOR initiatives.
  4. Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in the oncology landscape, including changes to guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement policies, and incorporate this knowledge into HEOR strategies.
  5. Lead the design and execution of HEOR studies, including economic evaluations, patient-reported outcomes research, and real-world evidence generation.
  6. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate the results of HEOR studies to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, health authorities, and payers.
  7. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support HEOR activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  8. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the HEOR team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in methodologies and approaches.
  10. Represent Amgen at relevant conferences and meetings, presenting HEOR data and insights to external audiences.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies in the execution of HEOR activities.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for HEOR research and initiatives that align with business objectives and make recommendations for future projects.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on HEOR in the field of oncology, providing insights and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders both within and outside the company.
  14. Contribute to the development of publications and presentations based on HEOR data, showcasing the value of Amgen's oncology portfolio.
  15. Embody Amgen's core values and culture, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Heor, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Expertise In Oncology, With A Strong Understanding Of The Current Landscape And Market Trends

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Heor Studies, Including Cost-Effectiveness Analyses And Real-World Evidence Studies

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
