Develop and implement global feasibility strategies that align with Amgen's clinical research objectives and goals.
Utilize market analysis and industry insights to identify potential clinical trial sites and evaluate their feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility of conducting clinical trials in various regions.
Conduct thorough evaluations of potential sites, including site capabilities, patient populations, and regulatory requirements.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, site personnel, and vendors.
Oversee the development and maintenance of feasibility plans and timelines.
Continuously monitor and assess the feasibility landscape, including market trends and competitive intelligence.
Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on potential trial site selection and feasibility risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical trial feasibility.
Train and mentor team members on best practices for conducting feasibility assessments.
Represent Amgen at industry conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and processes related to clinical trial feasibility.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize site selection and start-up timelines.
Coordinate and lead feasibility meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify and address potential feasibility challenges and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to feasibility assessments.
Participate in budget planning and forecasting for feasibility activities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the feasibility team.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Drug Development Processes: The Global Feasibility Senior Manager At Amgen Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Regulatory Requirements, Clinical Trial Design, And Market Access Considerations, In Order To Assess The Feasibility Of Potential Clinical Trials In Various Global Markets.
Experience In Conducting Feasibility Assessments: This Role Requires Extensive Experience In Conducting Feasibility Assessments For Clinical Trials, Including The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Challenges In Global Markets, Evaluate Site Capabilities, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
