  1. Manage the reimbursement process for Amgen's innovative therapies, ensuring patients have access to life-saving treatments.

  7. Communicate reimbursement policies and guidelines to internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and payers.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of reimbursement activities and outcomes.
  9. Represent Amgen at relevant industry conferences and events related to healthcare reimbursement.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure reimbursement support is integrated into their strategies and activities.
  11. Train and educate internal teams, including sales and marketing, on healthcare reimbursement processes and policies.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to healthcare reimbursement and patient access.
  13. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to reimbursement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and promptly address any issues or concerns.
  15. Stay informed on the competitive landscape and make recommendations for improving Amgen's reimbursement processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
