  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and patients regarding reimbursement issues and concerns.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest changes and updates in the healthcare reimbursement landscape and effectively communicate these changes to relevant parties.
  4. Review and analyze reimbursement policies and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement for Amgen products.
  6. Provide education and training to healthcare providers and their staff on reimbursement processes and procedures.
  7. Advocate for patients by identifying and addressing barriers to access and proactively seeking solutions.
  8. Monitor and track reimbursement trends and metrics to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  9. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in reimbursement data and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Represent Amgen at healthcare conferences and events to increase awareness and understanding of our products and reimbursement processes.
  11. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively present complex reimbursement information to various audiences.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the reimbursement process to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities related to reimbursement.
  15. Travel to various locations to meet with healthcare providers and attend conferences as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Reimbursement Or Healthcare Industry
