  3. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive commercial success.
  4. Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Work closely with global and regional commercial teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and brand positioning.
  6. Develop and manage marketing budgets to optimize resources and maximize return on investment.
  7. Utilize market insights and analytics to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Drive launch readiness and execution for new oncology products, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and key opinion leaders to build advocacy and support for the oncology portfolio.
  10. Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics to differentiate products and drive sales growth.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Contribute to long-term strategic planning and provide input on portfolio development and future product launches.
  13. Represent the company and the oncology portfolio at industry events and conferences.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
