  1. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for biologic medicines to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive process improvements.
  3. Utilize statistical analysis to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and regulations to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
  5. Lead process development projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and results.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
  8. Participate in technology transfer activities to facilitate the transfer of processes to manufacturing facilities.
  9. Contribute to the development of new technologies and techniques to improve process development.
  10. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all experiments and results.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on process development techniques and best practices.
  12. Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support process development activities.
  14. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Process Development Within The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Process Development Principles, Techniques, And Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
