As a Data Steward, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's data, ultimately supporting our mission to bring life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.   1. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all company data within the master data management system.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  3. Develop and implement data quality standards and controls to ensure data integrity.
  4. Monitor and report on data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
  6. Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data management and apply them to enhance data quality.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users on data management processes and procedures.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data management processes.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's data sources and systems.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
  13. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on data management and provide guidance and support to team members.
  15. Contribute to the development of master data management strategies and roadmaps.
  16. Participate in data governance meetings and provide updates on data quality and related issues.
  17. Handle ad-hoc data requests and perform data analysis as needed.
  18. Proactively identify potential data issues and work towards resolving them.
  19. Monitor data usage and provide recommendations for data optimization.
  20. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Information Systems, Data Analytics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Management, With At Least 2 Years Specifically In Master Data Management.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Data Quality And Metadata Management Tools.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Effective Data Management Practices.
