  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance audit program for the healthcare sector, in line with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of auditors to ensure effective and timely execution of compliance audits.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of compliance risk in the healthcare operations of the company.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on compliance matters related to healthcare operations.
  5. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company's compliance program is up to date.
  6. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management, including recommendations for remediation.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, to ensure a strong understanding of the healthcare compliance landscape.
  8. Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions resulting from compliance audits.
  9. Provide training and educational materials to employees on healthcare compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare compliance matters and provide guidance and support to business units as needed.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's compliance program by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to healthcare compliance.
  14. Foster a culture of ethical and legal conduct within the company's healthcare operations.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Auditing, Compliance, Or Related Field, Preferably In The Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa, Fda Regulations, And Sunshine Act.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.

  • Professional Certification In Auditing Or Compliance, Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Compliance And Ethics Professional (Ccep), Is Preferred.
