  1. Develop and implement copay programs that support the launch and growth of Amgen's products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop strategies for copay programs.
  3. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for copay program initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze copay program performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance copay program effectiveness.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and execution of copay programs.
  8. Identify and implement innovative and creative solutions to improve patient access to medications.
  9. Manage communication and training materials to support copay program implementation and adoption.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align copay programs with overall brand strategy and messaging.
  11. Track and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to leadership.
  12. Support special projects and initiatives related to copay programs as needed.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on copay programs, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the copay program process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Copay Programs

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Reimbursement Landscape, Including Knowledge Of Copay Assistance Programs And Patient Access Programs

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies, Including Experience With Market Analysis, Product Positioning, And Campaign Management

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners To Drive Results And Meet Business Objectives.
