
Compensation and Benefits Manager

- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends and regulations to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and compliant.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand the needs and preferences of employees in regards to compensation and benefits.
- Design and administer employee surveys to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions on compensation and benefits offerings.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Partner with external vendors to negotiate and secure competitive rates for employee benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as benefits brokers and vendors, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and track the company's compensation and benefits budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Stay informed of changes to laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
- Communicate regularly with employees to educate them on their compensation and benefits options and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure job offers and salary ranges are competitive and equitable.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee compensation and benefits data.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in compensation and benefits, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Train and mentor other HR team members on compensation and benefits practices and procedures.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation And Benefits Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Laws And Regulations, Including Flsa, Erisa, And Aca.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Compensation And Benefits Strategies To Attract And Retain Top Talent.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations Based On Findings.
