We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Systems IRT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials, ensuring the successful and efficient execution of our studies.   1. Oversee the management and maintenance of our Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IRT systems that meet the needs of our clinical studies.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate setup and testing of IRT systems for new clinical trials.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to IRT systems, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials for IRT systems.
  6. Monitor and analyze system performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for IRT systems.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and integration of IRT systems.
  9. Train and mentor other team members on IRT systems and processes.
  10. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IRT systems.
  11. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on IRT system status and issues.
  12. Collaborate with data management and clinical operations teams to ensure seamless data flow between IRT systems and other clinical databases.
  13. Communicate any system updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of IRT system management.
  15. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IRT systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Systems Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Interactive Response Technology (Irt) Systems And Related Clinical Trial Processes.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Clinical Trial Data Management And Irt Systems.
