- Develop and implement biomarker and diagnostic strategies for clinical trials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of biomarker and diagnostic operations for clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to biomarker and diagnostic operations.
- Lead the development and validation of novel biomarker assays, including the identification and management of external vendors and partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all biomarker and diagnostic-related issues during clinical trial execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and ensure timely delivery of biomarker and diagnostic data.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for biomarker and diagnostic operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of biomarker and diagnostic operations and any potential issues or risks.
- Mentor and train team members on biomarker and diagnostic operations processes and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve biomarker and diagnostic operations processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert on biomarker and diagnostic operations and provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
