  1. Design and analyze clinical trials to support the development of new therapies for cancer patients.
  2. Provide statistical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams in drug development.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of statisticians to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define study objectives, endpoints, and statistical analysis plans.
  5. Develop and implement innovative statistical methodologies to support drug development.
  6. Conduct statistical analyses and interpret results to inform decision-making in drug development.
  7. Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in statistical analyses.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in statistical methodologies, particularly in the field of Oncology.
  10. Contribute to the development and review of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports.
  11. Represent the Biostatistics function in internal and external meetings and presentations.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to support statistical activities.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and best practices in the Biostatistics department.
  14. Provide input and support for regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
  15. Drive process improvements and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of statistical activities within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Biostatistics Or Related Field Such As Statistics Or Epidemiology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Biostatistics Or Statistical Programming Role Within Oncology Clinical Trials.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas And R.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda And Ich Guidelines And Regulations Related To Oncology Clinical Trials.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Biostatisticians And Statistical Programmers.
