- Conduct statistical and programming activities to support clinical trial and drug development activities.
- Develop and validate programming codes, macros, and scripts to generate tables, listings, and figures for clinical trial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and report statistical analyses and findings.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by performing thorough data reviews and programming checks.
- Provide statistical expertise and guidance to support decision making in clinical development programs.
- Maintain and update standard programming templates and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in biostatistics and programming.
- Lead and mentor a team of biostatistical programmers to ensure their continued development and success.
- Communicate results and findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as clinical operations and data management, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of statistical outputs.
- Participate in regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new statistical methods and tools to improve efficiency and quality in data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures related to statistical programming.
- Manage timelines and resources to ensure timely completion of programming deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvements for more efficient and effective programming practices.
Advanced Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Biostatistical Programming In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Proficiency In Sas Programming And Other Statistical Software.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Teams And Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Requirements For Drug Development.
