  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of biostatistical programming for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement statistical programming strategies to support clinical trial designs and analyses.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge and experience in statistical programming to develop and maintain efficient and robust code for data analysis and reporting.
  4. Review and validate statistical analysis plans and programming specifications to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers and statisticians, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality in biostatistical programming activities.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting statistical programming results and insights to support decision making.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in statistical programming and incorporate best practices into processes and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions for biostatistical programming activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field With A Strong Understanding Of Statistical Methods And Their Application In Pharmaceutical Research.

  • Extensive Experience In Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, And Python, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Statistical Analysis Plans.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis, Including Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Interactions With Regulatory Agencies.

  • Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team Of Statisticians And Programmers To Meet Project Timelines And Deliver High-Quality Results.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Statistical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments Within The Company.
