As a BI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence systems, providing valuable insights to key stakeholders across the organization. Design and develop business intelligence systems to support the organization's data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity within the BI systems.
Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations.
Optimize and tune BI systems for maximum performance and scalability.
Create and maintain documentation related to BI systems, processes, and procedures.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality and performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.
Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Continuously improve and enhance BI systems to meet evolving business needs.
Train and support end users in utilizing BI tools and reports.
Collaborate with other BI engineers to share knowledge and expertise.
Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to help drive business objectives.
Adhere to security and governance policies when handling sensitive data.
Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Data Modeling, And Database Design.
Proficient In Sql, Etl Tools, And Data Visualization Software Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing Concepts And Experience With Cloud-Based Data Platforms, Such As Aws Or Azure.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Requirements And Deliver Business Solutions.
