  1. Conduct legal research to support our legal team's case preparation and strategy.
  2. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  3. Assist with case management by organizing and maintaining case files and documents.
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and vendors.
  5. Review and analyze legal documents and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  7. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and its legal practices.
  8. Assist with the preparation and coordination of legal meetings, hearings, and depositions.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  10. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Principles And Procedures, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Legal Research, Document Management, And Case Management Software.

  • Excellent Communication, Organization, And Time-Management Skills.
