Operate and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality and compliance.
Monitor and record production data accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet regulatory and safety standards.
Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to report progress and any challenges.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding manufacturing processes and safety guidelines.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and optimization.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet production goals.
Support and participate in audits and inspections.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments relevant to the manufacturing process.
Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek out opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Comply with all regulatory guidelines and requirements.
Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Chemistry, Or Biology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Pharmaceutical Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Other Regulatory Requirements.
Proficiency In Using Manufacturing Equipment And Computer Systems.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Teamwork Skills.
