- Analyze safety data: Review and analyze safety data to identify potential risks and ensure the safety of patients using our medicines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments, including medical, regulatory, and clinical, to develop and implement safety strategies and initiatives.
- Mitigate risks: Utilize your expertise in safety and risk management to develop and implement strategies to minimize potential risks associated with our medicines.
- Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date with all relevant regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Monitor safety trends: Monitor safety data and identify any emerging safety trends or concerns, providing recommendations for potential actions to address them.
- Participate in safety reviews: Contribute to safety reviews and signal detection activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively: Effectively communicate safety information and updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including presenting data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of safety data and related information, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Stay current with industry trends: Continuously stay updated on industry trends and developments in safety and risk management, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures within the company.
- Uphold patient-centric approach: Demonstrate a patient-centric approach in all aspects of the role, keeping the well-being and safety of patients as the top priority.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Systems, Computer Science, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Safety Signal Detection And Risk Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacovigilance Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Fda And Ema Requirements
Experience With Signal Detection And Data Mining Tools, Such As Oracle Argus Or Sas
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
