- Develop and implement effective incentive compensation plans for the Rare Disease Business Unit that align with company goals and drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform compensation plan design.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and track sales performance against incentive compensation targets and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, finance, and human resources, to ensure alignment and understanding of compensation plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in incentive compensation design and make recommendations for incorporating innovative approaches into our plans.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales performance and incentive compensation effectiveness.
- Work closely with HR to ensure that compensation plans are competitive and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in the development and execution of the company's overall sales strategy, leveraging compensation plans to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on incentive compensation design and analytics, providing guidance and support to the broader sales and HR teams as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Incentive Compensation Design And Analytics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry
Strong Understanding Of Rare Disease Market Dynamics And Trends
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Incentive Compensation Plans, Including Analyzing Data And Providing Insights To Drive Business Results
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
