- Design and implement effective incentive compensation plans for the Inflammation & Bone Business Unit.
- Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical sales environment and use this knowledge to inform compensation plan design.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for incentive compensation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and HR, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of compensation plans.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing compensation plans and make necessary adjustments to drive business success.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in incentive compensation to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams on compensation-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert on incentive compensation.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to leadership on the performance and impact of incentive compensation plans.
- Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in incentive compensation design and analytics within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Incentive Compensation Design And Analytics In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Inflammation And Bone Therapeutic Area.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Incentive Compensation Plans For Sales Teams.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Tableau Or Salesforce.
