- Develop and implement incentive compensation programs for the sales force of the Cardiovascular Business Unit.
- Analyze market trends, business objectives, and sales data to design effective and competitive compensation plans.
- Ensure that compensation programs are aligned with company goals and drive business success.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and HR, to gather data and insights to inform compensation decisions.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts to support the design, implementation, and optimization of incentive compensation programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in sales compensation design to ensure our programs remain competitive and effective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and representatives, to understand their needs and provide support and guidance on compensation-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to incentive compensation programs.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in the design and implementation of compensation plans.
- Communicate and present complex compensation plans and analysis to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and use analytics to drive insights and recommendations for compensation design.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in incentive compensation design and analytics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales compensation design and support other departments with compensation-related projects as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Incentive Compensation Design And Analytics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cardiovascular Therapeutic Area And Market Dynamics.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
