In this role, you will play a key role in driving business success by designing and implementing incentive compensation programs for our sales force. You will also be responsible for analyzing and optimizing these programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.   1. Develop and implement incentive compensation programs for the sales force of the Cardiovascular Business Unit.
  2. Analyze market trends, business objectives, and sales data to design effective and competitive compensation plans.
  3. Ensure that compensation programs are aligned with company goals and drive business success.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and HR, to gather data and insights to inform compensation decisions.
  6. Lead and manage a team of analysts to support the design, implementation, and optimization of incentive compensation programs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in sales compensation design to ensure our programs remain competitive and effective.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and representatives, to understand their needs and provide support and guidance on compensation-related matters.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to incentive compensation programs.
  10. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in the design and implementation of compensation plans.
  11. Communicate and present complex compensation plans and analysis to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and use analytics to drive insights and recommendations for compensation design.
  13. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in incentive compensation design and analytics.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales compensation design and support other departments with compensation-related projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Incentive Compensation Design And Analytics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cardiovascular Therapeutic Area And Market Dynamics.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
