- Act as a subject matter expert on Agile methodology and practices, providing guidance and coaching to cross-functional teams and leaders at all levels.
- Facilitate Agile adoption and implementation across the organization, ensuring alignment with Amgen's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to continuously improve Agile processes and practices, identifying and implementing solutions for any obstacles or challenges.
- Train and educate teams on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams, promoting self-organization and accountability.
- Monitor and track team progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive business agility.
- Communicate and promote the benefits of Agile methodology to stakeholders at all levels, advocating for its adoption and implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting open communication, transparency, and trust.
- Take a data-driven approach to measure the success and effectiveness of Agile implementation and make recommendations for further improvement.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives to promote Agile understanding and adoption.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their Agile journey.
Proven Experience In Implementing Agile Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate For An Agile Coach Role At Amgen Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Agile Methodologies In Previous Roles. This Includes Experience With Various Agile Frameworks Such As Scrum, Kanban, Or Lean.
Excellent Coaching And Facilitation Skills: As An Agile Coach, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Training And Coaching Teams In Agile Practices. Therefore, Strong Coaching And Facilitation Skills Are Essential For This Role To Effectively Guide And Support Teams Through Their Agile Journey.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Agile Principles And Practices: The Agile Coach Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Agile Principles And Practices, As Well As The Ability To Apply Them In Different Contexts. This Includes Knowledge Of Agile Tools And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Adapting Agile Processes To Fit The Needs Of The Organization.
