End User Services Manager
Ameris Bancorp is looking for an experienced End User Services Manager to bring their expertise to our vibrant and innovative team. We're looking for a highly motivated leader who is passionate about developing and executing user-friendly solutions and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of success in end user services and be able to demonstrate their ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically and execute tactically to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and services. They will have the capacity to understand the needs of our customers and develop strategies to ensure their satisfaction. The End User Services Manager will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and customers. They should be a creative problem solver and have a strong working knowledge of end user services. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

- Monitor performance and progress of end user services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding end user services.
