
Customer Service Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.The successful Customer Service Specialist will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. In this role, the individual will provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. Associates degree or higher in business or related fields is preferred. Moreover, the successful candidate must have a strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.

- Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes.
