Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Specialist to join our team and ensure our customers have a positive experience with our services. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.The successful Customer Service Specialist will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. In this role, the individual will provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. Associates degree or higher in business or related fields is preferred. Moreover, the successful candidate must have a strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests.
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  5. Track customer feedback and provide reports to management.
  6. Adhere to all customer service standards and processes.
  7. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings.
  10. Assist with other duties as needed.
